Grahame has specialised in family law for twelve years since qualifying as a solicitor in McCann FitzGerald in 2005 having trained there.
Grahame provides advice on all aspects of Family Law with in depth experience in separation, divorce, child related issues, co-habitation and Civil Partnership. He also has considerable experience in international family law having dealt with cases concerning recognition of foreign divorce, child abduction and the enforcement of orders throughout the member states. Grahame has worked with a wide variety of clients and has experience in District Court, Circuit Court and High Court family law litigation.
Grahame believes firmly that most family law cases can be resolved without recourse to the Courts and this should always be the approach adopted at the outset of a case. If this is not possible and litigation proves necessary, it will be managed in a robust but civilised and cost effective manner.
